Running back Javari Barnett and the offensive Line led the way for the Titans this past Friday. The Titans played at a high level and providing consistent production on the ground. Isaiah Daniel had the chance to showcased his speed on the second play of the game after breaking a 60+ yard touchdown. After watching Isaiah these past two weeks he has proven he is one of the most explosive players on the field whenever the ball was in his hands.
Defensively, the Titans were steady throughout the game. Eric Parks, Deshawn Styles, Connor Wills, and Romeo Freeman anchored a unit that consistently disrupted Apopka’s rhythm and limited scoring opportunities.
Despite the final score, Apopka had stretches of strong play. The Darters received solid production from their quarterback and showed flashes of potential with weapons on the perimeter. However, Tampa Bay Tech’s ability to control both sides of the ball ultimately separated the two teams.
The Titans will return home this Friday to face Venice. Venice has won the last Two Matchups four matchups versus the Titans (2017,2018, 2023, 2024).
2025 is the first matchup the Two will meet at Orient RD.
